A Satisfactory Experience
sauna hamam perfect way breakfast variety pool policy swim cap hotel location
The breakfast had a great variety of options to choose from. The sauna was excellent and offered a good way to relax after a long day. The staff was professional.
The pool was not free to use. I had to buy a swim cap. The location is a bit far from the main attractions. The pool policy was annoying!

average stay with some drawbacks
dated hotel inconvenient payment
the room wasn't anything special , and i found the hotel to be a bit dated. having to pay for the room upon arrival felt unusual , and paying for each service immediately without the option to charge it to the room was inconvenient. also , the 'sea view' required binoculars and overlooked a cemetery , which wasn't ideal.

amazing stay!
varied chees secure parking comfy beds
the breakfast options were plentiful! i found a good assortment of cheeses, olives, fresh vegetables, turkish delights, cakes, and both fresh and dried fruits, yum. i connected to the free, secure wi-fi quickly. the comfy beds were comfortable for a good nights rest.
the room lacked a toothbrush and other basic toiletries! tissues were also absent. i expect that to be standard for this level of hotel.

the hotel gym and spa facilities were great, really catering to both relaxation and fitness and i took full advantage! the constant pleasant aroma throughout the building created an inviting atmosphere, it gave tranquility and luxury to the building.

The breakfast had a diverse culinary journey! i saw a great selection of bread and savory options, it was quite diverse. the restaurant desk had a lady who offered excellent service, her kindness really stood out. It.

The hotel provides a quiet stay away from the busy city streets. the underground parking is very convenient. It provides secure parking. it is about a 30-minute taxi ride to the city center, this ensures a calmer environment.

The staff were helpful. I found them to be dedicated to guest satisfaction! zeinab was always checking on guests. aşkim, the concierge manager, ensured the stay was seamless, it was all super great!

cheese varieties secure parking comfy beds
the breakfast offered many cheese varieties. olives and vegetables were also available. i found free secure parking. good wi-fi was a plus.
The rooms were not cleaned to a good standard. I noticed scum marks in the bathroom. it wasn't polished well.

The breakfast buffet offered a decent variety.
This was quite a downer. The cleanliness wasn't great. I found dust in several areas. The staff seemed unenthusiastic, not really providing the customer service I expect from a hotel of this category.

A Satisfactory Stay
friendly team freshly cooked eggs remote location scum marks
I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The team was friendly and helpful. I really liked freshly cooked eggs on order at breakfast. The room was well equipped and clean, just what I needed after a long day.
The hotel wasn't near anything. I had to get cabs everywhere. My room wasn't cleaned to a high standard. The sink unit in the bathroom had scum marks from previous guests, and it wasn't polished well. I didn't like it.
